The signing for Red Rising by Pierce Brown has been slightly delayed.
It’s not a surprise. Pierce and I had planned on doing the signing in February, the new writer visiting Seattle on his own dime. Then Red Rising published. And as of that moment, I bet Pierce hasn’t stopped with emails, congratulations, and interviews—because Red Rising has, in my humble opinion, become the debut novel of the year.
Not to mention Universal Studios purchased rights to the Red Rising trilogy, in hopes of making films!
He has been busy and I am happy for it. Couldn’t happen to a nicer, more deserving writer. And now he plans on visiting Seattle at the end of this month on March 24th. And he will sign books. I will ship out books. And make people happy.
For those of you who haven’t read Red Rising and are waiting on your signed copy, you are in for a treat! More news when I know it.
Thank you for your patience. It’ll be worth it.
