• elcome to The Signed Page, a website devoted to bringing signed and personalized books to fans who are unable to meet their favorite touring writers. An author can only visit so many cities per book release, leaving many fans worldwide unable to attain a signed book for a reasonable price.

For ten years, The Signed Page has been the answer to that problem.

Another Update: Hobb & GRRM/Abraham

Robin and I haven’t been able to get together due to disasters of one make or another. Right now, we are planning on getting together on Tuesday to sign books. Barring any problems with transportation, the weather, or medical emergencies, it should happen!

Good news on the GRRM/Abraham front. Both George and Daniel have signed issues of the Game of Thrones comic book. I am beginning to bag and board those comic books and they should start shipping this coming week. I will have several additional sets available for those of you who missed out and those will be posted on the website as soon as everyone else’s books have shipped. In other news, George and Daniel have both also agreed to sign issues #4-6! So expect that signing to go live soon as well.

New Signing: Harrison & Briggs

A week ago, I announced that both bestselling authors Kim Harrison and Patricia Briggs would be stopping by on the same day to sign their newest books, A Perfect Blood and Fair Game respectively.

This is not the first time they have stopped by The Signed Page. They do so regularly with new books. Both write the best there is in urban fantasy and paranormal romance. If you love that genre, this is a great signing. If you don’t but have wanted to try something new, definitely read the first books from these authors. You won’t regret it!

These two great authors are signing on March 7th. More news when I know it!

Hobb Update

Robin and I have not been able to meet as planned. The books from Sub Press did not arrive in time for our initial date and then she went on tour. Now, I have Indomitable and City of Dragons. It’s just finding the time in our busy schedules to get the books signed.

She is visiting Texas in a few days and we should be able to get together after she gets home. I’ll let you know more when it happens. She’s one of my favorite people on the planet and her fans have always been great. I’m excited to get these books to you and signed properly!

Abraham/GRRM Update

I’ve been getting a lot of emails from customers asking after the Daniel Abraham / George R. R. Martin-signed comic books for Game of Thrones. Just sharing that both have done their part in signing the books and they are coming back to me as we speak.

I hope to have them by the weekend. And they will begin to ship out directly afterward.

Thank you so much for your patience. Sometimes, the through-the-mail signings take longer to get going. The good news is Daniel and George have offered to sign the next three issues as well, which would complete the first six-issue arc that will be gathered into the graphic novel. More on this in the next week as well!

First 2012 Signings: Herbert and Hobb!

2012 is just around the corner and I have to say I am happy as all hellfire that 2011 is behind me!

That said, 2012 starts with two major authors stopping by The Signed Page!

Sisterhood of Dune by Brian Herbert

This signing is late going up. Brian Herbert will be stopping by next week on January 3rd to sign copies of Sisterhood of Dune! It’s the first Dune novel in a few years and only Brian will be signing it; Kevin J. Anderson will be in another part of the country on tour for it as well. Get your orders in quickly!

City of Dragons by Robin Hobb

Robin Hobb will be signing in February for her new Rain Wilds book, City of Dragons!

Inheritance by Robin Hobb & Megan Lindholm

This a rare book. It’s the hardcover Subterranean Press edition and is rare because Inheritance wasn’t originally released in hardcover, only in trade paperback. Now Sub Press is publishing 1000 copies of Inheritance in hardcover and donating—yes, donating—100 copies to me to help pay off my extensive medical bills. How awesome of Sub Press, right!? So if you want to support me, buy one of these. And then go over to the Sub Press website and order something from Bill for his generosity!
