Books Added: Antiquity Grey & Jak Dreadth

Hi Everyone,

As most of you probably know, I ran a Kickstarter last year for my new book, The Tempered Steel of Antiquity Grey. It included a prequel novella titled The Undone Life of Jak Dreadth. The Kickstarter funded. And I’ve spent all of 2021 waiting, waiting, waiting on books to be printed, bound, and shipped to me.

The waiting is coming to an end soon. A few weeks ago, I received the regular hardcover of The Tempered Steel of Antiquity Grey. I have just been informed that the regular hardcover copies of The Undone Life of Jak Dreadth have shipped and they should arrive to me around December 16th. The numbered, lettered, and rare editions of these books should arrive sometime in January. Or so I am told.

We have begun shipping out the Kickstarter orders that don’t include those limited/lettered books or the regular hardcovers of Jak Dreadth. Some Kickstarter backers have already received their signed regular hardcover of Antiquity Grey. This makes me happy.

Arriving December 16th

Many of you who did not support the Kickstarter have been asking when the regular hardcover of Antiquity Grey would be posted up on The Signed Page. Since we are finishing with the Kickstarter orders today that feature only that book, I feel I can put them on The Signed Page.

Here are some links:

Those of you who order just The Tempered Steel of Antiquity Grey and/or Song of the Fell Hammer, I can ship those books this week since we have a few days before Jak Dreadth finally arrives. Those of you who order The Undone Life of Jak Dreadth on the same receipt as Antiquity Grey and/or Fell Hammer, you’ll be waiting until after we’ve shipped out about 300 Kickstarter orders first starting on December 16th. The Kickstarter folks have been waiting the longest; they should get their books first before any Signed Page orders ship. That means these would not arrive in time for holiday gift-giving more than likely.

One more note. If you want to order The Tempered Steel of Antiquity Grey for a gift, you’d better select Priority Mail or DHL to have the best chance of receiving it on time. And I can’t guarantee any arrival due to the mercurial nature of USPS as of late. Please keep that in mind.

Best Holiday Wishes,
Shawn
