PS: It appears as though the step below doesn't really work for people because your account hasn't been ACTIVATED by anyone yet. I just sent an email out to all of my customers about how to do that activation. Do that first. THEN maybe the instructions below if you can't log into your account.
Welcome to the newest iteration of The Signed Page!
I wish this could have been under better circumstances. But sometimes life has a way of pushing into something new and different, and that's the case here. In short, I was notified by my shipping software that it would no longer be compatible with my former e-commerce store without accruing a large monthly fee. I hate that sort of thing. Therefore, I decided it was time to make some changes and improve upon your SF&F shopping experience.
I hope they are for the better. I do know that this new website is more powerful than the last, with more features to help customers. I also know there will be some bugs to work out before it all becomes seamless again. So I hope you'll be patient with me as I iron those wrinkles out.
I have tried my best to securely maintain your information. You should still have an account attached to your mailing address and email. You should still have an order history. And outstanding orders should be safe.
What you don't have is a password to this new website in an effort to keep your information wholly secure. Here is how you access your account again:
- Go to the "Forgot Password?" HERE
- Enter in the email address of your account
- You should receive an email with instructions how to create a new password
- If you don't receive your email, be sure to check your spam folder
- Login into your account
It should be that easy. I hope! If you have any problems, do let me know. And I'll be announcing some forthcoming signings soon so be sure to activate your account's newsletter settings and/or join the newsletter at the bottom of the site!
Also, I'm at Awesome Con this weekend in Washington D.C. and I hope to see some of you there!
