Hi Signed Book Friends,
The holiday season is in full swing. I hope it is treating you well thus far.
For my part, I've finished shipping the final pre-ordered title of 2023. It was Spirit of the Wood signed by Kristen Britain. Here is a maddening story: She shipped five boxes back to me on the same day. I received 2 boxes last Thursday, received 2 boxes on Saturday, and 1 box is still unaccounted for. Strange right? Thankfully, I had enough copies to finish shipping.
All remaining orders on The Signed Page have one of two items on the receipt: Vampirella: Dead Flowers #1-4 or Assassin's Apprentice II #1-3. Both of these items will be signed as planned in January and February respectively and that's when those orders will be completed and can ship.
I'll spend the rest of this week shipping out any incoming new orders as well as organizing my inventory in preparation for a very busy 2024.
And wow, yes, 2024 is near. I cannot believe it. That said, I've already planned for some great signed books after New Year's Day. Books by Seanan McGuire, Patricia Briggs, Lev Grossman, Shawn Speakman, and James S. A. Corey will go live on January 5th. I'm working on Peter V. Brett and Katherine Arden for their new books too. And later in January, I will be offering a Cyber Monday-style sale on The Signed Page. I have quite a bit of stock and I'd like to make room. More news on that in the New Year.
Later in Q1 2024, I will be taking pre-orders for the new Terry Brooks Shannara novel and TJ Klune sequel to The House In the Cerulean Sea. I'm excited about both of those!
